A non-profit software project.
The goal of the Civil Cultural Project is to offer the citizens of the world a platform that aims to fill a large gap in the social internet. It will comply with the official laws of each country or state, and it will consist of possibly hundreds of portals.
The portal will be constituted of two parts:
One concerns the information we intent on providing through articles and news links, via actual serious media, about popular serious topics. The publications is done by the a big team of professionals.
Another integral part will be the chat rooms by popular serious topics. It will have the following features:
– The best conversations will be preserved;
– Built-in text-to-voice and voice-to-text technology;
– Automatic translation.
– Manage by experts in real time, with a lag for the approved posting.
The management is done by a team of administrators national of the represented country or state.
In each topic, the adult citizens members of the portal, will voice their ideas and proposal and will be able to vote on a number of topics — my suggestion.
